At Chemistry Club, all of our merchandise is made to order specifically for you. Because each item is produced once your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of Mind

• Colour Preference

• Accidental Orders

• Incorrect size ordered (some exceptions apply - please contact chemistryclubkelowna@gmail.com for assistance)

Please refer to the size guide on each product before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Email us at chemistryclubkelowna@gmail,com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, where appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

As our products are made to order, orders enter production shortly after they are placed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping

Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on production times, destination, and carrier delays.

Chemistry Club is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.
