2. Event Tickets
Tickets purchased through Chemistry Club are valid only for the event specified on the ticket.

Unless otherwise stated, tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.
Proof of purchase may be required for entry.
3. Event Changes and Cancellations
Chemistry Club reserves the right to modify event details, including dates, times, venues, hosts, activities, or schedules where reasonably necessary.
If an event is cancelled by Chemistry Club, affected customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements will be provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4. Refunds and Transfers
Refunds, exchanges, and ticket transfers are governed by our Refund Policy(a) and Refund Policy(b), which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Participant Conduct
We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
By attending a Chemistry Club event, you agree to:
Treat other attendees, staff, volunteers, and venue employees with respect.
Follow all reasonable instructions provided by Chemistry Club and venue staff.
Comply with all venue rules and applicable laws.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour, violence, excessive intoxication, or any conduct that may negatively impact the experience of others.
Chemistry Club reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any participant whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. Removal from an event may occur without refund where permitted by law.
6. Assumption of Risk
Participation in Chemistry Club events is voluntary.
By attending an event, you acknowledge that participation in social activities may involve inherent risks, including accidental injury or property damage. You agree to take reasonable care for your own safety and personal belongings while attending our events.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
7. Photography and Media
Photography and video may be captured during Chemistry Club events for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or videos used by Chemistry Club.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify a member of the Chemistry Club team before or during the event. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in group photographs or videos.
8. Merchandise
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate.
Occasionally, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product information, limit quantities, or cancel orders where necessary.
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy.
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Chemistry Club name, logo, branding, graphics, photographs, text, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Chemistry Club and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
